I am writing the blog my self, finally!
Yes I did learn how to run it ! So from now on I will do it my self, so get use to read my English , and please I know I do write pretty bad so I do not need any comment on it.
I would like to keep this blog on food and cooking and revues on revue of restaurants in town by news papers. ( if you are one of the few that need to complain about my restaurants just e-mail me personaly Pirla2007 @AOL.com or write to the news paper not here ! ).
I THINK IT WILL BE NICE TO HAVE A SOURCE TO DISCUSS REVUES AND TRY TO UNDERSTAND THEM.

Do you really want people to write to the newspapers with criticism or statements of issues that need to be brought to the attention of the owner?
I know you have some issues brought to your attention on this site (those comments have all disappeared now), but don’t you need to hear that kind of information to improve?

That is why i post my personal e-mail addres to recive and correct the problems , we are not perfect by far . So I love to ear and read about what we do wrong , what we do well does no matter any way . I realy like to take care personaly of any problems. Thank yuo for your toughts

Great to see you’re writing it for yourself. Your “pretty bad” writing will only improve!
On your restaurant, any recent updates on your salumi list? It’s been a while since I’ve been in (moved out of Crystal City) but I am heading your way this week for some tasty cured meats and wine.

Anout the salumi, as you know I love Slaumeria Biellese from NY. The owner is from Biella few Km from my huose back in Italy.
I did not change anything on the list for now. The reason is because I am offering almost all the product that they produce.

Any consideration for inviting guest chefs again to share the cooking classes? I know the space is smaller, but those were always fun.

were i work there is only 2 restaurants, there’s around 6 high-rise office buildings, 4 hotels, condo’s and new condo’s being built right across the street…is this a good place for your kind of restaurant, everyone complains..the north end of old town is becoming a hot area..
